Connection isn’t just one of my core values, it’s in my DNA. I’ve been creating community and building strategic partnerships my whole life, and love the satisfaction that comes from introducing two people who will benefit from knowing each other.

My obsession with human behavior and personality science started long before I got my psychology degree. It's the only topic I never tire of. All that knowledge (along with being neurodivergent) gives me an unfair advantage when it comes to thinking outside the box and developing strategies that aren't overplayed and commonplace. Linear isn’t really my thing.

I look beyond obvious strategic benefits to connect people who share core values and have complimentary personalities so they’ll be more likely to build quick and easy rapport.

One way I bring people together is by building online communities that help women solve problems together that they can’t solve alone. The Ravel Collective is an online networking community for women service entrepreneurs and the Literation Lab is a creativity accelerator for women who want to reclaim their creative confidence.

Magical things happen when women come together with a purpose. It’s how we’ll change the world, and I’ve made it my mission to connect as many women as I can so they can amplify their voices and make a bigger impact together.
